What the University Will Do If It Receives Satisfactory Rezoning and Land Use approvals.

The list of items, including a promise of shuttle service from the new station, is set forth in a  Memorandum of Understanding or  (MOU).  It  can be read at the  link to the right. Here is the Daily Prince story. The MOU appears to accept the University’s position that relocating the Dinky will “enhance” service.  That premise is contested by planning professionals. The MOU has not yet been endorsed by Borough Council or the Township Committee.
